Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use a form on our site, we collect what you choose to share:

• Becoming Her™ waitlist: your first name and email address.
• Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the topic you're interested in, and your message.
• Seeds for the Week newsletter: your email address.
• Your consent choice: whether you agreed to receive emails from iNORISH, and when.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider may record basic technical information when you visit, such as your browser type, device type, pages viewed, the site that referred you, and approximate location based on your IP address. We use this only in summary form to understand how the site is used and to keep it secure.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive information such as financial account numbers, Social Security numbers, or health information through this website. Please don't include that kind of information in a contact form message.

How we use your information

• To respond to your messages and requests for a conversation.
• To let you know when Becoming Her™ opens, if you joined the waitlist.
• To send Seeds for the Week and other iNORISH updates, if you agreed to receive them.
• To operate, maintain, secure and improve the website.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Emails and your choices

We only send marketing emails to people who agreed to receive them. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can also ask us to stop at any time by writing to info@inorish.com. Even after you unsubscribe, we may still reply to messages you send us.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

We share information only with service providers who help us run iNORISH, such as our website host, database provider and email service. They may use your information only to provide those services to us.

iNORISH and financial services. iNORISH LLC is an education and coaching company. If you separately choose to work with Jennifer Poku in her capacity as a Licensed Financial Professional, that relationship and any information you provide for it are handled under the privacy policies of the financial companies involved, not this policy. Information from iNORISH.com forms is not passed to any financial company without your permission.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights and safety of iNORISH or others, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.

How long we keep information

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

How we protect information

We use reasonable safeguards, including access controls on our database, so that form submissions can't be viewed by the public. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you
• Correct information that's wrong
• Delete your information
• Stop sending you marketing emails

To make a request, email info@inorish.com. Depending on where you live, including New Jersey and other states with privacy laws, you may have additional rights, and we'll honor them as the law requires. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

Children

iNORISH.com is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Links to other sites

Our site links to other services, such as YouTube and Spotify for the Seed & Bread podcast. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top of this page.
